Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently to various locations. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, adherence to traffic regulations, and the ability to handle different types of trucks, including tankers, flatbeds, and refrigerated trailers.

Duties

• Operate various types of trucks including tankers, roll-off trucks, dump trucks, and flatbeds.
• Load and unload cargo using forklifts or other equipment as necessary.
• Ensure timely delivery of goods while maintaining safety standards on the road.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including logs of mileage and fuel usage.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers regarding delivery schedules and any issues that may arise during transport.
• Adhere to all company policies and regulations as well as local, state, and federal laws related to truck driving.

Experience

• Proven experience as a Truck Driver with a clean driving record is preferred.
• Familiarity with operating different types of trucks such as refrigerated trailers, dump trucks, and flatbeds is a plus.
• Experience in load unloading processes and safe handling of cargo.
• Ability to navigate using GPS systems and maps effectively.
• Must have a HAZMAT endorsment
• Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) is required.
