JOB SUMMARY: The Job Coach’s job function is to support and coach individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities seek and maintain paid employment in integrated business settings in the community, under the direct mentorship and guidance of the Supported Employment Program Coordinator.
RESPONSIBILITIES: The following are basic responsibilities and essential functions of the Job Coach position.
Responsible for the daily implementation of Support Plans for an assigned group of
service

should have experience in general maintenance, and building/grounds work. Must have a valid
Tennessee driver's license and be insurable. Must be physically fit as position requires working dock area and assisting with pick up services.
