Position: Assistant Manager
Location: Crossville, TN
Hours: Monday - Saturday, 10:00 AM - 4:30 PM (closed Sundays)
Pay: Starting at $15/hr

Responsibilities:

• Assist in day-to-day store operations, ensuring a clean, welcoming environment
• Supervise, train, and motivate staff and volunteers
• Provide outstanding customer service and manage customer inquiries
• Assist with inventory management, pricing, and product displays
• Uphold store policies and contribute to sales goals

Requirements:

• Previous retail experience required
• Management or supervisory experience required
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
