Position: Sales Associate
Location: Crossville, TN
Hours: Monday - Saturday, between 10:00 AM - 4:30 PM 
Starting Pay: $12.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with purchases, ensuring a welcoming and helpful experience
• Organize, stock, and maintain the store’s merchandise displays
• Process transactions at the register accurately and efficiently
• Support donation sorting and inventory as needed

Requirements:

• Prior retail experience is required
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Positive attitude and a team-player approach
