Schedule: Full-time | Monday-Friday Day Shift Hours 

Job Summary:

The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for ensuring production equipment and facility systems operate efficiently and safely. This includes performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting machinery, and responding to equipment breakdowns in a food-grade manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform mechanical and electrical repairs on production equipment, conveyors, mixers, and pumps

• Conduct preventive maintenance and inspections in accordance with PM schedules

• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, pneumatic, and basic electrical issues

• Maintain clean and safe work areas in compliance with food safety and OSHA standards

• Document maintenance activity using logs or CMMS systems

• Collaborate with production and quality teams to minimize downtime

Requirements:

• 2+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience

• Strong mechanical and basic electrical troubleshooting skills

• Experience with food manufacturing equipment (preferred)

• Familiarity with GMPs, HACCP, and Lockout/Tagout procedures

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in hot/cold environments

• Must be dependable, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious
