Express Employment Professionals is currently seeking an experienced Lead HVAC Installer for a growing HVAC company in Sparta, TN.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Lead HVAC Installer role
• Strong knowledge of residential and/or commercial HVAC systems
• Ability to lead installation crews and oversee projects
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred

Responsibilities:

• Lead HVAC installation projects from start to finish
• Train and mentor team members
• Ensure installations meet quality and safety standards
• Coordinate with customers and management on project progress
• Maintain proper documentation and job site organization
