Express Employment is hiring an experienced Diesel Pickup Truck Technician for a busy shop environment. We’re seeking a skilled professional who can work independently and handle repairs on light- to medium-duty gasoline and diesel pickup trucks (Dodge, Chevrolet, GMC, and Ford). No semi-truck work.

Pay: $15–$25 per hour, depending on experience

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair gasoline and diesel engines

• Perform fuel system repairs and electrical troubleshooting

• Replace injectors and complete general engine repairs

• Perform brake and suspension work including control arms, tie rods, wheel bearings, and ball joints

• Remove and install engines and transmissions

• Mount and balance tires

• Safely operate vehicle lifts and shop equipment

• Handle a wide range of general mechanical repairs

Requirements:

• Extensive hands-on experience with gasoline and diesel pickup trucks

• Ability to work independently without constant supervision

• Welding experience is a plus, not required

• Must have basic hand and power tools
