We are seeking a licensed practical nurse in Crossville, TN. 
Job Responsibilities:- Observe patients and record vital signs, intake/output, other symptoms, and report changes to registered nurse or physician- Assist patients with personal hygiene and other daily living activities as needed- Change dressings, administer treatments, and perform wound care as directed- Assist registered nurses with admissions, transfers and discharges of patients
Skills Required: - Graduation from an accredited practical/vocational nursing program- Current LPN licensure- Excellent assessment and patient care skills- Strong communication and documentation abilities- Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced setting
