Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) at Hilltoppers, Inc. support and encourage individuals to reach their goals, build relationships, develop life skills, and become independent along the way!

Job Duties of a LPN include:
- Nursing Skills (trach, feeding tube, oxygen administration, finger sticks, etc.)
- Household Management (cooking, cleaning, general upkeep of a home)
- Personal Care (bathing, assistance with eating, toileting, lifting)
- Financial Planning (bill paying, money management)
- Achieving Goals (employment, life skills, social interaction)
- Medication Administration
- Promoting Health and Wellness
- Community Activities (fun events, grocery shopping, medical appointments)
- Transportation (ability to obtain F-endorsement after hire)
- Accurate documentation and communication skills
- Basic computer skills to complete required documentation
- Time Management
- Positive Attitude with a team approach

Requirements:
- At least 18 years of age
- Valid TN Driver’s License (ability to obtain F-endorsement)
- Successfully pass Drug screening and Criminal Background Check
- Valid Nursing License
