About Us

Since 1975 HILLTOPPERS, Inc., an Equal Opportunity non profit organization, has been serving ADULTS with intellectual disabilities to be as independent as they are able and wish to be. Hilltoppers, Inc. serves adults with special needs in Crossville, Cumberland County, Tenneessee.

OUR MISSION is to promote each person's identity, autonomy, affiliation, attainment, safeguards, rights, health and wellness.

OUR PHILOSOPHY is that persons with intellectual disabilities have the same needs, hopes, desires and feelings common to all people. They are entitled to full benefits of citizenship, privileges, opportunities and responsibilities.
