Diesel Mechanic – Full-Time

Express Employment is seeking an experienced Diesel Mechanic to service and repair diesel engines, heavy-duty vehicles, and shop equipment, as well as dismantle salvage components for resale.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical systems

• Perform preventive maintenance and safety inspections

• Service hydraulic, fuel, and exhaust after-treatment systems

• Dismantle salvage vehicles and prepare parts for resale

• Operate shop equipment and perform light welding/fabrication

Requirements:

• 2+ years diesel mechanic experience (medium/heavy truck or equipment preferred)

• High school diploma or GED; technical training preferred

• ASE certifications a plus

• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and work in physically demanding conditions

• Valid driver’s license
