Pay: $40,000 and up, depending on experience

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Quality Control Manager to join the leadership team of a respected manufacturing company. This is a temp to hire opportunity with long-term potential for growth and advancement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain quality control systems to meet company and industry standards

• Oversee inspections, product testing, and reporting processes throughout the production cycle

• Conduct root cause analysis and lead the implementation of corrective and preventive actions

• Ensure compliance with regulatory and customer quality requirements, including participation in internal and external audits

• Supervise and train quality control inspectors and technicians

• Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to support continuous improvement efforts

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of quality control or quality assurance experience in a manufacturing environment

• Knowledge of quality systems 

• Proficient with inspection tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, CMM)

• Experience with data analysis and quality reporting software

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
