Position Overview: Production Technician (AB Shift)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Testing:

   • Conduct rigorous tests to ensure glaze meets high-quality and durability standards.
   • Record and report test results accurately.

2. Maintenance:

   • Perform routine maintenance on glazing equipment to ensure seamless and efficient operation.
   • Promptly address and troubleshoot any equipment issues.

3. Glaze Formulation:

   • Develop and prepare glaze formulations in adherence to color, texture, and finish specifications.
   • Collaborate with team members to achieve desired glazing outcomes.

Expected Results:

• Consistently meet and exceed quality and durability standards for all glaze formulations.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds comfortably.
• Capable of standing for extended periods, up to 8 hours.

Equipment Used:

• Kiln
• Apply glaze using brushing, spraying, and dipping methods.
