Job Responsibilities:

• Take and process job orders from clients, ensuring accuracy and understanding of their requirements.

• Screen and evaluate applicants based on their qualifications, skills, and compatibility with client requirements.
• Conduct interviews, reference checks, and background screenings to assess candidate suitability for specific job positions.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their organizational culture, job requirements, and long-term staffing needs.
• Develop and maintain relationships with both clients and candidates to facilitate successful placements.
• Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the application, interview, and onboarding processes.

• Continuously meet or exceed individual and team goals for job placements, client satisfaction, and revenue generation.
• Stay updated on industry trends, labor market conditions, and employment laws to ensure compliance and deliver exceptional service.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or relevant certifications are a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including active listening and effective negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency in typing with a minimum speed of 45 words per minute.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
