Position Summary
            The Customer Management Specialist is responsible for managing key client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, and driving retention. Serving as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, the role involves promptly resolving issues, proactively addressing needs, and partnering closely with internal teams to deliver outstanding service and support. This position plays a vital role in strengthening our client relationships and supporting long-term business success.
 
Key Responsibilities 

  • Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients 
  • Manage customer accounts and proactively identify opportunities for growth and expansion 
  • Respond to inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner 
  • Provide expert guidance and ongoing support to ensure optimal use of our products and services
 
Qualifications 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Strong organizational abilities with keen attention to detail 
  • Proven experience in customer service, account management, or a related client-facing role
 
Position Details:
  • Position Type: Full-Time/Permanent
  • Location: Hybrid / In-Office Crossville, TN
  • Hybrid: Option to work remotely from home 2 days a week. 
  • Hours: Monday – Thursday 8a – 5p CST & Fridays 8a – 4p CST
