Technical & Mechanical Responsibilities
Assist in the inspection, assembly, repair, and maintenance of electric motor carts and related components.
Learn to diagnose basic operational issues, including electrical faults, worn parts, and mechanical failures.
Use power tools, hand tools, and diagnostic equipment safely and effectively during repairs and maintenance.
Maintain, care for, and properly store personal tools, ensuring they remain in good working condition.
Support senior technicians with motor replacements, battery testing, wiring repairs, and performance checks.
Safety & Equipment Care
Follow proper safety protocols when using power tools, lifts, chargers, and electrical testing devices.
Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards.
Assist with routine inspection of shop equipment and report any concerns immediately.
Learning & Development
Actively participate in hands-on training sessions to build technical skills and industry knowledge.
Ask questions and seek guidance to ensure tasks are performed correctly and safely.
Stay informed about new tools, repair procedures, and electric motor cart technologies.
Teamwork & Communication
Work cooperatively with technicians, supervisors, and other team members.
Communicate progress, issues, or delays clearly and respectfully.
Support the team by completing tasks efficiently and helping maintain a productive workflow.
