DESCRIPTION:Art in the Park\, same great celebration at a new location!\n\n \n\nCome join us for our 10th Anniversary celebration of Art in the Park! This popular community outreach event will take place on Saturday\, June 22 from 8 AM   4 PM\, and Sunday\, June 23 from 10 AM   3 PM.  The Plateau Creative Arts Center has relocated the festival to Fairfield Glade at the Square (intersection of Peavine Road and Stonehenge Drive) and the Village Green Mall (126 Stonehenge Drive) to accommodate more vendors and allow ample parking. Art in the Park provides our members\, local and regional artists a chance to display and sell their work during the 2 day\, indoor/outdoor festival. Sponsors for Art in the Park are Leaf Filter and Brenda Preuss of FACS (For Art\, Crafts & Sports).  Individual artists will be selling handmade baskets\, paintings\, jewelry\, pottery\, wood turners' ornaments\, birdhouse\, children's books\, photographs\, mosaic pots\, hand sewn items\, concrete yard ornaments\, handmade greeting cards\, glass mosaics\, designer doll clothes\, and more!  As of this writing\, food vendors include Nick's Greek Gyros\, Bryan Lyon's Kettle Corn\, Carol Branson's Fresh Bakery Items and musical entertainment include Al Bonnis\, the Dulcimers\, and The Song Writers with the possibility of more to come.  Mark your calendar for this annual event featuring a wide variety of arts\, crafts\, live music and food in Fairfield Glade on the beautiful Cumberland Plateau. The festival is free to the public!
