Crossville-Cumberland County Chamber of Commerce

Title: Customer Service Representative

Summary: The Customer Service Representative shall be responsible for reception and support services to ensure the efficient operation of the Chamber.

Reports to: President and CEO of the Crossville-Cumberland County Chamber of Commerce.

Rules and Responsibilities:

1.      The Customer Service Representative shall handle incoming calls, receive and direct visitors and answer requests in a timely and pleasant manner.
2.      The Customer Service Representative shall handle picking up mail from the post office, bank deposits and making deliveries to miscellaneous locations as needed.
3.      The Customer Service Representative shall be responsible for maintaining brochures and information in the office and in the outdoor gazebo.
4.      The Customer Service Representative shall be responsible for preparing information packets including relocation packets, prospective member packets and visitor packets.
5.      The Customer Service Representative shall be responsible for copying and faxing.
6.      The Customer Service Representative shall record inventory monthly and maintain the proper amount of supplies needed to ensure the efficient operation of the Chamber.
7.      The Customer Service Representative shall be responsible for maintaining and updating the community calendar and master calendar of events.
8.      The Customer Service Representative shall assist in setting up meetings, making reminder calls and preparing meeting materials as needed.
9.      The Customer Service Representative shall assist credit card charge transactions online and in office.
10.  The Customer Service Representative shall assist the other Chamber office staff with upcoming projects and various tasks as needed.
11.  Responsible for sending (email) a Weekly Blast to members with current activities and events for the current week.
12.  Responsible for maintaining a log count of brochures and off site storage inventory.
The Customer Service Representative shall perform any other duties assigned or needed to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the Crossville-Cumberland County Chamber of Commerce.

Requirements:
·         Reliable and Consistent Transportation
·          Valid Tennessee Driver’s License
·         Able to lift minimum twenty pounds
Qualifications:
·         High School Diploma or GED
·         Some College Preferred - or Equivalent Work Experience
·         Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Adobe
·         Customer Service Experience
·         Office Experience Preferred
